Do you supply the alcohol?​​​

• With the Concierge service ABQ BarKeeps can handle all the shopping and supply of your alcohol and mixers for you event. Please see Concierge service in pricing section for details. ​ 

How many BarKeeps are needed for an event?​​

• We suggest at least 1 BarKeep per  70 guests. If your bar service has many specialty drinks then we would suggest an additional BarKeep so that you have quality and efficient service. ​

What is your pricing for travel around New Mexico​​​​?​

• Anywhere in the Albuquerque Metro, Rio Rancho or Bernalillo area, travel is free. Travel to Santa Fe is $50.00. Travel fees to any other areas in New Mexico are calculated at $0.58/mile round trip. Travel greater than 2 hours outside Albuquerque metro area will require an individual travel consultation where additional fees may apply. 

Are you licensed and insured?​

• Yes! Our company has fully licensed bartenders and host liquor liability insurance . 

Is there a deposit to hold my spot, and is it refundable? 

• We require a 20%deposit to hold your spot in our calendar. All deposits are   non-refundable.  But can be used for future date. 

• We will be in touch with you to customize your shopping list ​and drink menu. We love helping our clients customize drinks for his and hers at weddings, themed beverages for holiday parties, and even specialty non-alcoholic beverages. . 

How many guests do 5 gallons of your specialty drinks serve?

• 5 gallons of our beverages makes 60-70 servings. Depending on your guests and other beverages you are offering will depend on how many gallons we suggest. This is something that will be discussed in your consultation after booking.
