Do you supply the alcohol?​​​

• No, ABQ BarKeeps cannot purchase  your alcohol. We can purchase mixers and garnish and bring them to your event.

How many BarKeeps are needed for an event?​​

• For smooth and efficient service, we recommend one BarKeep for every 70 guests. If your menu includes a variety of specialty cocktails, we suggest adding an extra BarKeep or barback to ensure everything runs seamlessly and your guests enjoy top-tier service from first sip to last.

What is your pricing for travel around New Mexico​​​​?​

• We offer complimentary travel within the Albuquerque Metro, Rio Rancho, and Bernalillo areas. For events in Santa Fe, a flat travel fee of $50 applies. For other locations across New Mexico, travel is calculated on round trip mileage. If your event is more than two hours outside the Albuquerque Metro, we’ll schedule a personalized travel consultation to discuss logistics and any additional fees that may apply.

Are you licensed and insured?​

• Yes! Our company has fully licensed bartenders and host liquor liability insurance . 

Is there a deposit to hold my spot, and is it refundable? 

• To reserve your date on our calendar, we require a 50% deposit. While deposits are non-refundable, we’re happy to apply them toward a future event if your plans change.

• We will be in touch with you to customize your shopping list ​and drink menu. We love helping our clients customize drinks for his and hers at weddings, themed beverages for holiday parties, and even specialty non-alcoholic beverages. . 

How many guests do 5 gallons of your specialty drinks serve?

• 5 gallons of our beverages makes 60-70 servings. Depending on your guests and other beverages you are offering will depend on how many gallons we suggest. This is something that will be discussed in your consultation after booking.
